We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Quality Coordinator at our discreet manufacturing site in Helidon. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving product quality, managing quality systems, and supporting compliance with ISO 9001 and manufacturing standards. You will work with teams across the site to maintain quality processes, support safety initiatives, and contribute to ongoing operational improvements. This position is well suited to someone who is organised, analytical, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment.
- Experience in quality coordination or a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Practical experience with ISO 9001 compliance and managing QMS processes.
- Clear, confident communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Degree in Science or Engineering preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.
