Lead safety stand downs and workforce briefings

Ensure NABS work plans are in place and support delivery of these to the work force
Undertake collaborative planning with nightshift teams and compiling short-medium term schedules (Aphex is the short term planning tool)
Co-ordination of sub-contractor activities, including chairing regular co-ordination meetings with staff and subcontractors
