A relevant health and safety qualification and CDM knowledge
Confidence to challenge, coach and inspire brilliant performance.
You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for
A level 4 construction qualification or equivalent experience
Experience leading repairs teams through change and improvement
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
