- Lead Tier 1 OE projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Analyse customer specifications to ensure compliance, feasibility, and integration with Nexen products.
- Provide expert technical support to clients and act as the liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Facilitate communication and feedback between customers and product development teams to improve product quality.
