- Proven conceptual estimating and bidding expertise.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Ability to solve complex challenges and propose alternative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Track record of implementing and enforcing safety procedures on site.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
