Key duties include preparing meeting agendas, reports and other information for the Executive Chair; reviewing, prioritising and responding to correspondence from internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies and high‑level contacts; finalising and distributing confidential reports and presentations; compiling information for Executive Chair meetings and corporate activities; supporting key projects and business‑improvement initiatives; extracting data for analysis reports; coordinating follow‑up actions from board and internal meetings; maintaining transparent communication with the PLC board, senior leadership and wider team; implementing process improvements; liaising with regional customer service and construction teams on customer issues; handling incoming mail and drafting responses; and performing any other duties required to meet the Executive Chair’s needs.
