- Designs, establishes, analyzes, and revises systems for calibration and repair of physical/thermodynamic/mechanical and electrical test and measurement equipment.
- Creates, analyzes, and revises parameter statistical measurement uncertainty analyses for maintenance of laboratory accreditation.
- Works with technicians to resolve technical, procedural, logistical, and material problems with the calibration and repair of Test and Measurement Equipment and associated processes.
- Develops/revises calibration procedures to support new and changing requirements.

- Ability to develop metrology measurement techniques and procedures.

- Solid understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Strong experience calculating overall measurement uncertainties, including the identification to all contributing factors.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills to engage with a team
- 3+ years of experience in a Metrology Laboratory with a diversity of disciplines and capabilities (electrical, thermodynamic, mechanical pressure, Mass, Force and Weighing Device).
- Strong math skills.
- Listening to Understand – Open mind, learning from others, accepting feedback, embracing the objective
- Proficient using computers and major components of the MS Office suite.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related degree
- Experience in various electrical, thermodynamic, mass, pressure, liquid flow, and force disciplines.
- Experience managing Calibration tracking software- Proficient using computers and major components of MS Office suite.
