Good technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems.
Experienced in engineering, facilities management or a related field. Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience in plant operations, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, environmental guidelines and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
Valid UK driver’s license.
