Lead month-end close activities related to transactional finance, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Identify and implement improvements to finance systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsible for all transactional finance activities within the subsidiary.
Oversee day-to-day operations of AP, AR, bank reconciliations and employee expense processing.
Manage and develop a small transactional finance team, providing coaching, support and performance management.
