Support wider finance team with reporting, budgeting and compliance activities.

Work closely with the Finance Business Partner and Commercial teams to forecast and manage cash requirements.

Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures. Prepare and submit ONS, VAT and CIS returns.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on transactional finance matters.
Lead month-end close activities related to transactional finance, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Identify and implement improvements to finance systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsible for all transactional finance activities within the subsidiary.
Oversee day-to-day operations of AP, AR, bank reconciliations and employee expense processing.
Manage and develop a small transactional finance team, providing coaching, support and performance management.
Support integration of new tools and technologies to streamline transactional workflows.
