Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of business leaders by setting objectives and reviewing performance to ensure the team becomes engaged in the Sector strategy and business plan, and have the necessary skills to deliver it.
Identify new client, product, service and proposition opportunities within the Sector and take these to market.
