- Collaborate with finance teams on documentation for invoicing, asset tracking, and reconciliation.
- Implement standardized reporting and documentation practices for operational transparency.
- Work closely with Project Managers, OPMs, and Field Directors to align warehouse and yard resources with project schedules.
- Drive efficiency initiatives to reduce downtime, optimize resource allocation, and improve cost-effectiveness
- Identify gaps in warehouse and yard workflows and recommend process enhancements.
- Track inventory, deliveries, and equipment utilization, providing regular updates to management and project teams.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling and dispatch of vehicles, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Oversee material handling, storage, and inventory accuracy to ensure availability for active projects.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Support construction and operations teams by providing timely material and equipment tracking reports.
- Monitor and report on logistics-related roadblocks (delays, shortages, scheduling conflicts) and coordinate resolutions.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs for warehouse and yard operations.

- Strong project management and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, yard, or logistics management (telecom or construction industry preferred).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP/WMS tools, and logistics best practices.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
