  • Collaborate with finance teams on documentation for invoicing, asset tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Implement standardized reporting and documentation practices for operational transparency.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, OPMs, and Field Directors to align warehouse and yard resources with project schedules.
  • Drive efficiency initiatives to reduce downtime, optimize resource allocation, and improve cost-effectiveness
  • Identify gaps in warehouse and yard workflows and recommend process enhancements.
  • Track inventory, deliveries, and equipment utilization, providing regular updates to management and project teams.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling and dispatch of vehicles, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee material handling, storage, and inventory accuracy to ensure availability for active projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Support construction and operations teams by providing timely material and equipment tracking reports.
  • Monitor and report on logistics-related roadblocks (delays, shortages, scheduling conflicts) and coordinate resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs for warehouse and yard operations.

  • Strong project management and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, yard, or logistics management (telecom or construction industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP/WMS tools, and logistics best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
