- Lead daily field operations on industrial, civil, and process infrastructure projects.

Candidates should hold an associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred) and possess 7–12+ years of progressive construction field supervision experience, including work with heavy concrete structures, piping systems, and multi‑trade coordination. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and a thorough understanding of construction methods, field documentation, and safety are essential, as is proficiency with documentation tools and basic construction software.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 7–12+ years of progressive construction field supervision experience.
- Experience with heavy concrete structures, piping systems, and multi‑trade coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, field documentation, and ability to read shop drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Commitment to safety and high‑quality workmanship; ability to build collaboration among crews, subcontractors, and project leadership.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and basic construction software.
