Other duties as needed, such as support first day onboarding and ordering supplies
Works to enhance the communication of policies and procedures to our costumers and engineers
Collect, file, and maintain inspection data including calculations, and field files
Coordinate project initiation and scheduling by working with clients, engineers, and consultants to define scope, gather data, set timelines, and secure funding or charge numbers.
Act as a liaison between the Customer, Contractors, and Engineers to enhance communication and coordination for required services.

We're seeking a strong administrative professional to join our local office in Rochester, NY office

Strong Organizational skills, both calendar management, and maintaining digital and physical files
Proficiency with Microsoft products, such as Word, SharePoint, and Excel
Ability to Multi-Task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
4 years of related experience in a customer service, customer focused construction, engineering, or technical setting
AEC Industry experience
Previous administrative experience collecting data and maintaining digital files
Gain knowledge of policies and procedures related to client overhead material handling processes

Benefits
