2-5 years of progressive payroll and prevailing wage experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Certified Payroll Professional preferred
Experience with LCP Tracker software experience a plus.
Solid understanding of Davis-Bacon prevailing wage compliance, construction, payroll and relevant regulations is required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and customers.
Experience complying with federal or state prevailing wage compliance. Experience with using compliance management software or tools such as LCPtracker is highly desired
