Assist in model coordination, running clash detection processes using Navisworks and resolving design conflicts
Help in developing and maintaining MEP content libraries, templates, and documentation standards
Develop and manage detailed Revit MEP models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems across various project stages
Follow internal QA/QC processes to ensure consistent delivery quality
Support the team in updating models during design revisions, RFI responses, and client feedback rounds
Generate MEP drawings, layouts, and schedules from models in accordance with project-specific standards and client expectations
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of models throughout the design lifecycle, from schematic design to construction documentation
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration
Work closely with engineers and BIM Coordinators to ensure models meet project requirements, standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud for cloud collaboration and model sharing
Chartered Engineer application support where required (i.e.: assistance with reporting writing and interview preparation) and full sponsorship provided.
Familiarity with MEP coordination processes, clash resolution, and integration into federated models
Experience working in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination across disciplines
Understanding of building services systems, layouts, and terminology (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Lighting, Power, etc.)
Work From Home Policy; 3 days per week minimum in office.
Effective team player—able to work under the guidance of senior coordinators and engineers

Understanding of MEP-specific BIM standards, Level of Detail (LOD) requirements, and discipline-based modeling workflows
Familiarity with AutoCAD MEP for 2D drafting and schematic layout creation.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to task completion
1–3 years of experience in a BIM/Revit Technician role within an MEP design consultancy or multidisciplinary engineering environment
Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP with the ability to model Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems accurately
Experience in creating and managing MEP families, schedules, and parameter management
