Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
Consistently weld structural carbon steel in 1F, 3F and 4F fillet weld using FCAW and GMAW.
Advanced level ability to read prints and tape measurements
Must follow good housekeeping practices.
A minimum of two years of welding is preferred.
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Safety is essential at Servtech and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
LACT Stations, Custody Transfer Metering
Must be consistently executing high-quality FCAW and GMAW welds.
Basic knowledge of layout, positioning, and aligning before assembly.
Must follow training and company procedures

Custom Electrical and Motor Controls and Panels
Must have great attention to detail to examine work pieces for defects and measure for accuracy.
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
Meets all Structural Welder I requirements consistently.
Must follow verbal directions, training, and procedures
Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Must have the knowledge to train a Structural Welder I.
Ability to operate welders, hand and power tools, forklift, and overhead crane safely and follow Servtech Safety Procedures and Policies.

Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
Must be able to pass a welding test setup as well as able to pass the AWS D 1.1. certification requirements.
