- Build, maintain, and distribute operational and financial reports to key stakeholders.
- Document business processes and develop standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate current workflows and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving systems issues across multiple business applications – Salesforce, NewStar, BuildPro, and other critical applications, as needed.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems.
- Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements for new features, reports, and enhancements.
- Manage application configuration, setup, and administration, including security roles and user permissions.
- Provide end-user training and change management support.
- Support system upgrades, new implementations, and technology rollouts.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to manage data migrations, imports, and systems updates.
- Manage vendor relationships, escalate technical issues, and coordinate with external support.

- Excellent oral and written communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in business applications support, systems analysis, or Salesforce/ERP administration.
- Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft IPaaS preferred) and data workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- SQL query experience and reporting tool knowledge, a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on-experience with at least one of the applications: Salesforce, NewStar, or BuildPro.
- Strong understanding of business processes within the homebuilding industry.
