Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related technical field and 0‑2 years of experience in construction materials testing or inspections. Candidates must be willing to obtain at least one industry certification shortly after starting and possess basic math and English communication skills. Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather, navigate uneven terrain, and lift 40‑50 lb samples is also required.
