In this role you will apply your experience with space and ground system acquisitions to guide customers toward innovative technical solutions, translate complex concepts into clear recommendations, and influence program development and procurement decisions.
You will support acquisition engineering and program‑management tasks for new starts and baseline changes, write technical requirements and evaluation criteria for demonstration and development phases, and lead technical engagements and program‑office evaluations from demonstration through operational transition.
The position also includes COTR support such as contract execution, development and review of contract CDRLs, and creation of SOWs and requirements for RFPs and ECPs, as well as facilitating demonstration execution and program evaluations.
The role is based on‑site in the United States with less than 10 % travel and follows standard working hours. Required qualifications include an active TS/SCI with polygraph, a STEM bachelor’s degree, and at least eight years of government acquisition program support experience, plus a background in systems engineering and acquisition source selection.
Desired qualifications are a master’s degree, six or more years working with customer space and ground‑system acquisition or sustainment, and experience in satellite engineering or flight operations.
