-Prepare and review incident and activity reports -Coordinate drills, testing, and compliance inspections -Lead day-to-day security operations, scheduling, and staff supervision -Develop and enforce site security and fire safety policies -Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems -Serve as the Fire Life Safety Director, ensuring FDNY compliance
