Description

The Inside Sales Representative serves as the front line of contact with telephone and walk‑in customers, understanding their equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders for construction and industrial rentals. The role demands strong administrative abilities, a professional attitude, and the capacity to deliver consistent customer satisfaction. Physical requirements include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with accommodations provided as required by law.

Requirements

• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred
• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• Successful completion of DOT qualification process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.52 to $27.93 per hour, with the exact rate depending on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package—including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability, life and travel insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off—after 30 days of employment.
