Act as the primary contact with suppliers on contract and pricing negotiations, development and production lead times, escalations and resolution
Own the Systems-level component category, and build and maintain partnerships with our strategic suppliers to support our next-gen energy storage system scale-up; the Systems-level BOM includes electrical parts such as circuit breakers, load centers, sensors, and wiring etc, as well as mechanical components such as pumps, heaters, conduit, etc.
Collaborate closely with Form’s Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering and Strategic Supply teams to define and drive execution of Form’s Systems sourcing strategy
Monitor current market conditions and technology roadmaps to proactively identify and address any supply challenges and future-proof our sourcing strategy for the Systems category
Drive commercial cost negotiations with suppliers based on cost-models and analyses of current market conditions to ensure Form receives best-in-class pricing

Ability to travel domestically and internationally approx. 30% of the time
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or similar discipline
