Overview
Graduate Quantity Surveyor program managing costs and contracts on foundation projects
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Support the preparation and completion of site measurement and records, day work sheets, labour and plant returns -Assist with the procurement of sub-contract packages -Procure trade contract packages, including completing detailed tender analysis and preparation of tender and contract documents -Prepare contractual documents including preparing scopes and sub-contract warranties -Build relationships and negotiate with trade contractors and client representatives -Help minimise the costs of a project to ensure profitability and risk mitigation -Work within the projects commercial team and have responsibility in measuring and quantifying works for cost plan validation, completing interim and final account valuations

What You Bring
-Studying towards (in your final year) or having completed a Quantity Surveying degree accredited by the RICS. We will consider applications from other commercially focused or construction qualification backgrounds. -We would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year or working with us -Have excellent communications skills and attention to detail
