• Lead property staff, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, training, timesheets, and performance assessments.
• Drive team performance, provide feedback, and coordinate disciplinary actions with HR.
• Deliver ongoing training on leasing paperwork, workplace safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate employees through recognition programs, training, and team‑building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Complete month‑end and year‑end financial reporting; report monthly budget variances within ±10% per line item.
• Respond promptly to resident complaints, questions, and requests to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address resident service requests according to company standards.
• Provide exemplary customer service and uphold high resident service standards.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing to create leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Execute eviction procedures, including notices, court representation, and related proceedings.
• Manage owner relationships through meetings, property tours, updates, and responsive communication.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least three years of multi‑family property‑management experience. Required skills include leadership, professional communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and property‑management software, and a valid driver’s license, along with the physical ability to work at a desk, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 lb.
