Lead Industrial Business Unit initiatives at assigned accounts and in support of and collaboration with Distribution, OEM, and Virtual sales teams.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct commercial, technical, marketing, and/or special presentations on Danfoss current/new products and/or programs and their applications for customers.
Develop and execute strategies and focused plans to achieve sales, price, and margin targets. Focus on net new wins, opportunity funnel management, and maintaining strong business relationships.
Ensure operational alignment with customers by effectively communicating on all relevant Danfoss policies and procedures, conducting periodic business reviews, obtaining and internally communicating customer forecasts, and managing against goals and performance metrics.
Maintains records in an organized and accurate manner for performance analysis, follow up, and good record keeping.
Prepares and submits routine call reports, monthly reports, action plan updates, expense reports, and other sales-oriented documents in a timely fashion.
Represent Voice of Customer to the organization. This includes effectively communicating on topics such as price proposals/changes, product changes, new product needs, performance metrics, scorecards and other relevant topics to ensure Danfoss understands customer expectations and business metrics.
Develop broad relationships at customers to cover key decision makers and critical departments that will support specification and purchase of our products.
Identify customer applications, products, programs, etc. that present an opportunity for sales from any Danfoss Business Unit. Utilizing value selling techniques, create/develop proposals, in line with business goals and objectives, tailored to customer expectations and to meet their needs.
Coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders – Customer Service, Business Units, SAE, PAE, SDM, Pricing, Quality, Demand Planning, Marketing, etc. – to ensure high levels of support and communication to customers.
