In this role you will operate machinery, perform quality and equipment inspections, assist with maintenance, document production, support teammates, and uphold rigorous safety and PPE standards.
- Operate designated machinery to meet production specifications.
- Perform quality checks according to ASTM standards.
- Conduct equipment inspections for proper operation and mechanical integrity.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of machines and facilities.
- Record daily production activity using computer systems.
- Support fellow operators as needed.
- Follow strict PPE guidelines and facility safety standards.
- Complete simple forms and follow written instructions.
- Apply basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Machine Operator to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates possess strong mechanical and analytical skills, sound judgment, initiative, and experience working with complex machinery.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to follow simple written instructions, understand basic mechanical principles, and perform elementary arithmetic.

Benefits
The position offers two rotating shifts: second shift Monday‑Thursday 2:45 pm‑1 am and first shift Monday‑Thursday 4:45 am‑3 pm, with mandatory overtime when scheduled.
Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour with bonus eligibility based on facility performance, along with paid time off, holidays, vacation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
