Bachelor’s degree in Discipline Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
9 - 12 years of overall domain experience, with at least 7 years in Production Technology and Upstream Production

Proven experience in product management across the full lifecycle – from strategy to delivery
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and energize complex technical concepts
A track record of delivering impactful results within large, matrixed organizations
