  • Prepare a project plan with project manager to ensure all procedures are in place to meet contractual requirements.
  • Supports Project Managers in managing company project management software systems.
  • Facilitate project review meetings and document meeting outcomes and action items.

  • Analyze project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates to identify potential variances against baseline values to report to project stakeholders.
  • Research data for subsequent use in analyzing cost and schedule analysis.
  • Provide general oversight and guidance to junior team members.
  • Collects data and prepares various forecasts and performance trends on key financial metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis across project and program within NY Metro.
  • Assist Project Managers in risk identification, assessment, and development of risk mitigation plans.
  • Managing contacts, budgets, schedules, overseeing subcontractor performance, and working with stakeholders and governing agencies on behalf of a public works owner;
  • Performs financial and quantitative data collection and analyses of a variety of projects and programs across projects within NY Metro.
  • Monitors the status of projects and programs, with the ability to understand their relationship and potential impacts to both operational and financial performance.
  • Supports corporate initiatives and communicates progress with Metro NY senior management.
  • Creates and manages reports, presentations, and databases. Performs analytic tasks to support strategy, business / financial planning, and operations for various projects and programs.
