The Machine Operator role is a hands‑on position that blends mechanical aptitude with basic mathematical skills. Operators are expected to follow safe work practices, collaborate effectively with teammates, and adapt to varying duties across the facility.
Applicants must possess a high‑school diploma or equivalent and be able to complete simple forms and written instructions. Proficiency in basic arithmetic—addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and decimals—and an understanding of measurement processes are required; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
