- Provide support in the preparation and submission of all existing and potential tenders.
- Review RFP/RFI solicitation documents; schedule kickoff and review meetings, and draft presentation slides.
- Review tender submission schedule, including each contributor's deadline.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely input from relevant functional areas.
- Review proposal material to ensure integrity and compile the final tender package.
- Preserve and maintain a bid library of company information and manage the standard information repository.
- Develop and edit resumes, project descriptions, relevant experience, and other boilerplate documents.
- Review pre‑bid and post‑bid commercial and technical clarifications.
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E‑Verify.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field.
- 1+ years experience responding to RIFs and RFPs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical experience creating documents using Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Mobility required within office, warehouse, and construction site environments; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Pass pre‑employment, random, post‑accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens.
- Satisfactory results of pre‑employment background check.
