Legal Officer

Description

• Maintain logs of vendor performance, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission and tracking of legal and compliance paperwork.
• Conduct site visits, collect documentation, and monitor on-site vendor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, accounts, execution) to align vendor timelines with project goals.
• Support the legal team with property-related documentation and follow-ups.
• Act as the key point of contact between Aldecor and external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with any administrative or field-level tasks that enable smooth project execution.
• Liaise with government departments for licenses, NOCs, permits, or documentation.
• Coordinate with local authorities, site vendors, and service providers to ensure timely approvals, procurement, and compliance.

Requirements

Bengaluru (with frequent travel)

We’re looking for a resourceful Legal officer with a background in Real estate law to help us manage vendor relationships, support external coordination, and maintain smooth execution across government, legal, and supplier networks. This role requires strong communication skills, travel flexibility, and an understanding of contract or property law is a definite plus.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in liaison/vendor coordination or field support
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with government liaison processes or real estate documentation is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and government offices
