Ability to troubleshoot down electrical equipment and implement a process and timely solution to repair the equipment.
Custom Electrical and Motor Controls and Panels
Must be able to tear down and repair failed electrical equipment including valve actuators, Variable Frequency Drives, circuit breaker replacement, MCC bucket replacement, PLC and HMI repair/replacement, and fuse replacement.
Ability to perform motor, pump shaft alignments, and change pump mechanical seals.
1-2 years of electrical experience is preferred.
Safety is essential at Servtech and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
1-2 years of mechanical experience is required.
Experience with multimeters.
Service tickets must be reviewed for accuracy and submitted in a timely manner.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
Must be able to perform preventative maintenance on air compressor stations which includes changing filters, changing oil, and replacing motors, bearings, belts, and fans.
Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
Ability to read, troubleshoot, and implement mechanical and electrical drawings.
Capable of performing work with a truck-mounted crane.
