Diligent procurement and subcontractor management to achieve required buying gains and targeted margin.
Ensure external sub-contract quotations are sourced & managed in accordance with the system, including RFQ documentation and accompanying Commercial Terms;
Work closely with and assist project teams throughout the tender period, developing project scope, controls, budgets, scheduling and procurement to ensure compliance to the Downer Standard are achieved

Tertiary Degree, Diploma or equivalent in: Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Management or similar
