As an integral part of the regional leadership team, you’ll oversee high-profile water and wastewater infrastructure projects from early planning through design and delivery - while empowering a talented group of engineers and project managers to perform at their best.

  • Partner with executive leadership to refine operational strategies, resource planning, and financial performance
  • Lead all phases of project execution - from concept development to detailed design and construction oversight
  • Strengthen client relationships and develop new opportunities through trusted advisory and consultative engagement
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring seamless coordination, profitability, and delivery excellence
  • Support proposal development, RFQs, and public/private solicitation responses
  • Provide high-level technical guidance on municipal water and wastewater systems, regulatory compliance, and permitting
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent to enhance team performance and technical capability
  • Represent the firm within professional associations and community organizations to elevate visibility and reputation

This position is ideal for a senior engineering professional ready to take the next step in shaping a growing business line.   • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale municipal infrastructure projects
  • Strong business acumen with a collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style
  • 15+ years of water/wastewater design and delivery experience, with 8+ years in leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas, or ability to obtain within six months
  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
