- Lead the planning and implementation of projects and monitor operational effectiveness throughout.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert for construction staking, topographic surveying, platting, legal description writing, boundary analysis, and legal principles.
- Work with the Project Manager to define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to evaluate project budget and analyze profitability, revenue, margins, billing rates, and utilization.
- Comply with and help enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Engage in continual improvement, formal knowledge transfer/lessons learned, and client‑feedback processes, documenting feedback in the system.
- Conduct team meetings, evaluate progress, and coordinate project activities.
- Stay current on service‑specific trends, technology, software, hardware, and equipment.
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance and mentoring to project team staff as needed.
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all survey activities on each project.
- Guarantee consistent adherence to division, regional, and company policies within the survey service.

- Hold a Professional Survey License in the state of the office; additional state licenses preferred.
- Possess a four‑year degree (preferred) and 10+ years of consulting experience.
- Have multi‑discipline experience with a strong understanding of commercial, residential, and public infrastructure markets and projects.
- Demonstrate effective verbal communication and independent judgment.
- Exhibit proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects well.
