Le/la coordonnateur/trice aux offres de services en ingénierie joue un rôle clé en assurant la gestion et de la coordination des propositions de services, en veillant à ce que les offres soient complètes, précises et répondent aux besoins des clients. Cela inclut la collecte et l'analyse des exigences des clients, la préparation des documents de proposition, la coordination des contributions des différentes équipes techniques, et la gestion des délais. En outre, il/elle s'assure que toutes les propositions respectent les normes de qualité de l'entreprise et sont alignées avec les objectifs stratégiques. Le/la coordonnateur/trice viendra intégrer une équipe stratégique, performante et riche en expertise.

  • Analyser les appels d’offres et contribuer à l’élaboration des stratégies de production des documents;
  • Collaborer avec les différents experts afin de déterminer l’approche-concept de la proposition en identifiant et précisant les opportunités et les besoins;
  • Effectuer les tâches nécessaires afin de tenir à jour les outils et banques de textes : descriptifs de projets, CV des ressources, etc.
  • Développer et participer au maintien de la banque de textes par l’ajout, la révision et la bonification des textes de base servant à la préparation des offres de services tels que profil de la firme, fiches de projets, profils de ressources, compréhension de mandat, méthodologie et autres;
  • Réviser et assurer le contrôle de la qualité des textes des offres de services ;

  • Compétences avec les applications de la suite Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Visio, etc.);
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française;
  • Élaborer du contenu, vulgariser, modifier et adapter divers documents techniques dans le but de répondre aux appels d’offres;
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction;
  • Gérer le processus de création des offres de services, de la réception de la demande à la soumission finale;
  • Expérience de travail au sein d'une organisation oeuvrant dans le secteur de l'ingénierie, de la construction, de l'architecture est un atout;
