First and foremost, you will manage the Governance team to deliver company secretarial services including the smooth running of board and committee activities and ensure the highest standards of governance are maintained.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Governance Manager to lead YHG’s well established Governance team, providing high quality support and assistance to the Group Company Secretary by ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of professional governance and company secretarial services across the Group.
You will be home based, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses when needed. Realistically, you will be required to visit our Head Office approximately 2 times a week.

In return we offer £50,830 to £56,000 pa for a 35-hour week, and 25 days annual leave (holidays continue to increase with time served) plus Bank Holidays, but our employee offering provides much more than just a competitive salary and holiday allowance.
