Overview
Lead and implement Digital Engineering for large defence construction projects

Tasks
-Modelling and drafting project requirements -Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement software/hardware -Maintain a secure, evergreen Digital Engineering (DE) project space/Common Data Environment (CDE) in line with cyber-security protocols, ensure consistent accessibility for project staff -Responsible for the integration and federation of discipline and trade package models -Oversee subcontractor and trade package digital workflows, submission standards and coordination meetings -Implementation of the Digital Engineering Execution Plan for projects -Lead and drive the implementation of the Digital Engineering function, providing support to the Engineering Manager -Designer submission information management -Strategic development and implementation of Digital Engineering -Survey and on-site construction data management and integration -Issue management, resolution and coordination, including generating Technical Queries, Requests for Information -Project modelling and drafting -Quality Assurance & Control process for subcontractor digital data submission and review process -Driving solutions for Engineering sign-off and leading resolution workshops for complex issues

What You Bring
-Spatial coordination and hard & soft clash assessments -Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction -First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers -Demonstrated experience implementing Digital Engineering on large scale multidisciplinary Construction Projects -Australian Citizenship (requirement for Defence projects) -Experience adopting a range of 3D modelling, CAD, BIM and visualisation software applications and working with point cloud data and survey information -Proactive approach to problem solving, driving project outcomes -Prior experience managing stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills -Balcatta based with site travel -Extensive experience managing Digital Engineering projects including knowledge and understanding of relevant codes such as ISO19650 -Proficiency with applications such as 12D, Revizto, Navisworks Manage, Revit or similar highly desirable
