The Leasing Representative will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized garden‑style community of 466 units, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. The role involves all leasing activities from prospect qualification to move‑in, as well as ongoing resident satisfaction and lease renewal support.
The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm (with Saturdays 8 am – 4:30 pm). Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience, strong customer‑service skills, and high proficiency with computer systems. The position is eligible for commission or a quarterly bonus of up to 15% based on performance.
The role requires physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb unaided or 50 lb with assistance, as well as the ability to work in all weather conditions and respond to calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Limited travel may be needed to support other properties, attend training, or attend meetings.
Hourly compensation ranges from $18.27 to $22.00, with additional earnings potential through quarterly, monthly, or weekly bonus programs depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite. Pay within the range is influenced by business needs, experience, skills, and geographic location.
