In this role you will guide the overall operation of a self‑storage facility, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained while supervising staff and coordinating with vendors. You will also be responsible for driving occupancy, managing financial transactions, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations of the self‑storage facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, dusting, trash removal, bulb replacement, and weed control.
- Assign and delegate duties to staff and coordinate with vendors for repairs and improvements.
- Build relationships with local apartment communities and businesses to generate referrals.
- Manage customer accounts, handle delinquency actions, conduct tours, and guide renters through the leasing process.
- Conduct timely email and phone correspondence, oversee daily cash deposits, petty cash counts, and monitor KPIs to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions; collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude in every interaction.
