- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues
- Restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed and straw)
- Utilize protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and high visible vest when working on-site
- Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a trowel and float.

- 3 years’ experience as a concrete finisher
- Endurance of regular exposure to all weather conditions including heat, cold, humidity, and rain during all seasons throughout the year
- Exceptional time management, accountability, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving
- Ability to be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
- Possess basic computer skills including word, excel & email
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members
- Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to safely maneuver equipment trailers
- Able to support a fast paced, demanding work schedule; including occasional late evenings and/or weekends when requested
- Ability to safely operate equipment (Mine excavators, Telehandlers, Skid Steers)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals
