Requirements

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with an extensive background in Dubai’s real estate market and a proven record of closing successful deals.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Company Visa and RERA Certification provided.
• Proven track record with documented sales figures and closed deals in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong marketing support and access to premium property listings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in real estate OR 5+ years as a successful Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, laws, and practices.
