Description

As an installer you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and any other items sold by the company. Daily duties involve reviewing the schedule, loading the truck, performing vehicle and site inspections, and safely unloading and staging materials.

• Install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other company products.
• Follow work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily schedule and load the truck with required products, tools, and equipment.
• Perform vehicle safety and job‑site inspections before work begins.
• Safely unload and stage materials, reporting any safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Complete warehouse‑related duties and any additional tasks assigned.
• Local travel to job sites with occasional out‑of‑town trips as needed.
• Do not provide social security number, bank details, or any payment during the hiring process.

Requirements

The role requires a minimum age of 18 years and, if a company vehicle is used, a valid driver’s license. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb unassisted, climbing ladders, and performing tasks that require stooping, kneeling, crawling, and standing. Travel is primarily local with occasional out‑of‑town trips as needed.
