Primary responsibilities include full‑cycle sales strategy execution—market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. The role requires rapid response to inbound leads, CRM proficiency, new‑business development, account education, and ongoing nurturing of existing customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

While heavy‑construction equipment or industry knowledge is preferred, we will train strong salespeople on the specifics of our rental business. The role also requires the ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance and the capacity to manage strategic and national accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $70 k to over $400 k total, with uncapped commission, a base salary, and a commission‑guarantee period while building a book of business.
