- Perform regular diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and fix system errors or inefficiencies.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including server uptime, network speed, and security protocols.
- Create network and application diagrams, demonstrating interdependencies between systems, highlighting the bottlenecks and risks. Stretch goal is to outline a plan to address these bottlenecks and risks and the priority timeline.
- Ensure regular backup and recovery of critical business data, setting up disaster recovery protocols when necessary.
- Implement software updates, patches, and security fixes to protect systems from vulnerabilities.

- Able to work on-site 25 hours/week
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and common business applications.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hands on experience with SharePoint and Power Automate development preferred.
- Currently a late Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hands on experience using Jira considered a plus.
