Commercial Leasing Manager

Description

In this client-side role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end leasing process—managing tenant relationships, negotiating deals, and driving occupancy across a high-profile office and retail portfolio.

• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Managing renewals and re-gears
• Negotiating heads of terms and lease agreements
• Sourcing and securing new occupiers via agents, brokers, and direct leads
• Acting as the key point of contact for all leasing activity

Requirements

✔️ 5+ years’ leasing experience (agency or landlord-side)

✔️ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

✔️ West End market knowledge

✔️ Solid understanding of commercial property legislation and L&T Act
