Construction background strongly preferred.
Comfortable working on commercial building roofs and climbing straight ladders. Working at heights is required.

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet ATS driving record standards.
Ability to work outside and perform physical labor (approx. 60% field and 40% office with fluctuations).
Physically able to lift ~50 lbs unassisted.
