The role leads planning across medium‑to high‑complexity projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with defined processes and strategic KPIs. It collaborates with project teams to verify tenders, monitor schedules, and drive profitable delivery, while managing planning teams and fostering continuous improvement across hubs, sectors, and strategic programmes.

• Hold a degree in construction or a related discipline.
• Possess chartered status or be working towards accreditation.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of planning tools and contracts.
• Show proven leadership on complex, multi‑sector projects.
• Meet visa requirements for Saudi Arabia and have relevant experience on high‑value projects for a project‑management consultancy.
• Client focus – own quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes, and build long‑term client relationships.
