  • Participate in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives, including career fairs and recruitment marketing efforts.

  • Some travel throughout Australia may be required as part of this role
  • Three to five years’ experience in a similar recruitment role (or HR role with major exposure to recruitment)
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to form productive working relationships with employees/ stakeholders
