What you would be doing
  • Work alongside high-performing professionals in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment that values excellence.
  • Ensure consistency in planning practices, templates, and reporting across all East Coast projects.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to planners and schedulers across the region.
  • Drive integration of offshore planning support to provide scalable capability.
  • Support project teams with delay analysis, extension of time claims, and change management processes.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure schedules are realistic, resourced, and aligned with project execution strategies.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of RSGx planning tools, systems, and processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate progress reporting, forecasts, and analysis internally and externally.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Apply governance and quality oversight in collaboration with the Planning SME and National PMO.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
